The Need:
In response to the rising demand for contactless dining and faster service, the client needed to modernize their voice-ordering platform. The goal was to enable real-time, AI-powered communication, personalize customer orders dynamically, and integrate smoothly with multiple POS systems while supporting complex customization and upselling logic.

We deployed a dedicated Azure cloud and AI engineering team to refactor the application, remove outdated dependencies, and rebuild the platform for real-time responsiveness.
