A leading healthcare shared services organization that manages procurement, contract sourcing, and invoice automation for hospitals and medical institutions. With billions in managed contract spend and hundreds of thousands of invoices annually, they required advanced solutions to streamline data access and improve operational decision-making.

The Need:
The client needed a secure, intelligent solution that would allow internal teams to interact with vast contract data in a user-friendly, conversational way. Key requirements included advanced contract search across their ERP system, personalized access for different member institutions, and the ability to flag and resolve potential disruptions in product availability.

We developed “Contract Genie,” a next-generation AI-powered virtual assistant integrated with their Microsoft Dynamics Business Central environment. Using Agentic AI design principles, the platform enables secure conversational search, item-level data lookup, real-time disruption alerts, and automated data exports in PDF or Excel formats. The system leverages multiple AI agents orchestrated by a supervisory layer to deliver fast, context-aware results.
