A car rental and fleet management company that operates across multiple cities, managing a large volume of vehicle check-ins and returns daily. They sought to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual errors in documenting vehicle condition—especially during pickup and drop-off at different locations.

The Need:
The client required an AI-based solution that could automatically detect dents, scratches, and other visual damages by comparing vehicle images taken at pickup (source) and drop-off (destination). The goal was to reduce disputes, automate inspection reports, and enable faster vehicle turnaround without relying on manual visual checks.
